Estimate Disclaimer

All pricing provided by Integrated Earthworks Ltd is an estimate only and based on standard hourly rates. Final costs may vary depending on actual time, materials, and unforeseen site conditions.

Variations and Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust pricing where variations to the original scope occur. Variations include, but are not limited to:

• Unforeseen site conditions (e.g. underground rock, buried rubbish or concrete)

• Unidentified or unprotected underground services

• Any works required outside of the agreed specification

Any additional work will be charged at current rates and itemised on the final invoice. We will make all reasonable efforts to notify clients prior to commencing variation work.

Underground Services and Liability

Integrated Earthworks Ltd will not be liable for damage to underground utilities where subsurface detection (e.g. cable or pipe locating) has not been arranged.
It is the responsibility of the client to disclose and confirm all underground services prior to project commencement.

Site Access and Surface Damage

Access for machinery and vehicles may result in surface damage, including but not limited to:

• Lawn or garden rutting

• Driveway or footpath cracking/deformation

• Vibration-related structural impacts

While care is taken, Integrated Earthworks Ltd accepts no responsibility for such damage unless due to negligence.

Subcontractors

Subcontracted services arranged by Integrated Earthworks Ltd are subject to the same terms. Any necessary changes or variations identified by subcontractors will follow the variation policy in section 2.

Deposits and Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees.

Acceptance of Terms

By accepting our quote or proposal, the client agrees to all terms outlined on this page. These terms apply to all services unless superseded by a formal written agreement.
