Hi, I’m Josh Thompson – founder of Integrated Earthworks and a proud West Auckland local.
With over a decade of experience in construction and 14 years of service as a professional firefighter, I bring a unique mix of discipline, precision, and problem-solving to every project. Since launching Integrated Earthworks in 2017, I’ve focused on delivering honest, high-quality work across residential excavation, construction, and site development.
Whether it’s cutting a tricky section, managing a full backyard transformation, or installing engineered retaining walls, I work closely with every client to make sure the job gets done right – safely, efficiently, and with the right gear for the job.
